Program description

DeLeo Bros. Pizza sends transactional SMS messages only — order-status updates tied to purchases you make with us. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS. You will not receive deals, specials, or menu announcements by text.

You may receive up to 3 messages per order:

• Order confirmation — sent once per order after payment clears, confirming we received your order and it is being prepared.
• Order delayed — sent only when applicable, if your order is running behind expected pickup time.
• Order ready for pickup — sent when your order is ready.

How to opt in

There are two opt-in surfaces. Both display the required disclosure before you submit, and you can decline at either without affecting your ability to place or complete an order.

1. Online checkout

At orders.tahoe.deleobrotherspizza.com/order, the "Your Details" step of checkout collects your first name and (optionally) a mobile number. Immediately below the number field, the checkout displays a disclosure paragraph that reads verbatim:

"By tapping Continue, you agree to receive up to 3 transactional SMS per order from DeLeo Bros. Pizza (order confirmation, order delayed, order ready for pickup). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

Tapping Continue submits the number and completes the opt-in. Leaving the phone field blank submits the order without any SMS enrollment; no phone number is collected if you skip it.

2. In-store ordering kiosk

At the in-store self-service kiosk, prior to payment, the kiosk offers an optional step to enter a mobile number for order confirmation SMS. Before you submit, the kiosk shows the same disclosure text above. Declining does not affect your ability to place or complete an order, and no phone number is collected if you skip.

By submitting your number, you represent that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the number.

Message frequency

Up to 3 messages per order: order confirmation (sent after payment), order delayed (sent only when applicable), and order ready for pickup. We do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. We will send a final confirmation message and stop further SMS notifications, including for any future orders associated with that number. To re-subscribe, reply START or UNSTOP to our number at any time, or opt in again at the online checkout or the kiosk on a future order.

Supported carriers

We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the order-status SMS you opted in to receive from DeLeo Bros. Pizza. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Changes

We may modify or cancel our SMS program at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; we will also reference the change in our next outgoing message where practical.
