SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number at our in-store ordering kiosk and confirming the on-screen opt-in disclosure, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Entering a number is optional — you can decline and still complete your order.
Program description
DeLeo Bros. Pizza sends transactional SMS messages related to your order. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS. Messages you may receive include:
- Order confirmations
- Order-ready notifications when your food is prepared
- Pickup reminders
- Order verification codes when applicable
How to opt in
SMS opt-in happens at our in-store self-service ordering kiosk. During the order flow, prior to payment, the kiosk offers an optional step to enter a mobile number for order-status notifications. You can decline this step at any time and proceed directly to payment — declining does not affect your ability to place or complete an order, and we will not collect your number if you skip it.
If you choose to enter a number, the kiosk displays an on-screen disclosure before you submit, including:
- The types of messages you will receive (transactional only)
- Expected message frequency
- That message and data rates may apply
- Instructions to reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help
- A link to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy
Tapping the confirmation control after the disclosure constitutes your consent. By submitting, you represent that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the number.
Message frequency
Message frequency is order-driven. You will typically receive one to three messages per order (for example: order confirmation, order ready, and an optional pickup reminder). We do not send recurring or promotional messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS notifications, including for any future orders associated with that number. To re-subscribe, opt in again at the kiosk on your next visit.
Help — reply HELP
For help with our SMS program at any time, reply HELP to any message. You can also email us at info@deleocorporation.com and we'll respond within 24–72 hours.
Supported carriers
We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected via the kiosk are used solely to deliver transactional SMS related to your order. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Changes
We may modify or cancel our SMS program at any time. We will notify you of material changes through this page.
